Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of being a small, independently run brand producing limited quantities, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We provide accurate sizing charts, detailed product descriptions, and fit notes to help you make the most informed decision before purchasing.
Please review all sizing and product details carefully prior to checkout.

Shipping Policy

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days, unless stated otherwise for pre-order items.

Once your package has been handed off to the courier, Hidden Rivet is no longer responsible for the package, its delivery timeline, or its handling.
This includes (but is not limited to):

• Packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit

• How the courier handles or stores the package

• Delivery errors made by the courier

• Issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier at the moment of shipment.

International Duties, Tariffs & Taxes

For international customers, all duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs agency and are not collected or controlled by Hidden Rivet.

We will not under-declare the value of your order or mark it as a gift under any circumstances.
